Tools Overview
Voyage MCP provides 9 tools for brand merchants. All tools require authentication and an active brand context — you’ll be prompted to log in and select a brand when you first use any tool.
Available Tools

get_brand_insights | View AI-generated insights from customer conversations |
get_insight_conversations | Drill into conversations behind a specific insight |
list_workflows | List all workflows and their status |
get_workflow_details | Inspect a workflow’s messages, discounts, and filters |
Common Workflows
Section titled “Common Workflows”Analyze performance: Use dashboard-stats to pull metrics, then list_conversations or conversation-search to dig deeper.
Investigate blockers: Use get_brand_insights to find top blockers, then get_insight_conversations to see the actual conversations, then get_conversation_details to read the full threads.
Audit a flow: Use list_workflows to find the flow, then get_workflow_details to see its configuration, then dashboard-stats with the workflowId filter to see its performance.
