Prerequisites

• A LiveRecover account with at least one brand
• Cursor installed

Add the MCP server

Open Cursor Settings > MCP and add a new server with the following configuration:

Alternatively, add this to a .cursor/mcp.json file in your project root.

Authenticate

The first time a LiveRecover tool is invoked:

1. A browser window opens to the LiveRecover login page
2. Log in with your LiveRecover credentials
3. Select which brand you want to connect
4. Approve the connection

Once approved, Cursor’s AI can access your LiveRecover data. Tokens refresh automatically.

Try it out

In Cursor’s AI chat, try asking:

What are my LiveRecover dashboard stats for the last 30 days?

What are the biggest blockers for my customers?

Show me abandoned cart conversations from this week

What workflows do I have and which are active?
