Introduction
What is LiveRecover MCP?
Section titled “What is LiveRecover MCP?”LiveRecover MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you connect Claude directly to your LiveRecover account. Once connected, you can ask Claude natural language questions about your conversations, workflows, analytics, and customer insights — and it will fetch real data from LiveRecover to answer them.
What you can do

- Analyze performance — Pull dashboard stats like recovered sales, conversations, AOV, and more
- Search conversations — Semantically search customer conversations by topic, objection, or keyword
- Browse conversations — Filter conversations by date, checkout state, workflow, or response status
- Read full threads — See the complete message history, cart details, and discount codes for any conversation
- Explore insights — View AI-generated insights about customer blockers, objections, and product questions
- Manage workflows — List your flows and inspect their configuration, messages, and targeting rules
